District R-6 to General Commercial District C-l. The application is in the.name

To Whom it May Concern:
This is a notification that an application for rezoning a parcel of land within
200 feet of a property in your name according to tax rolls of the City of College
Station has been received by the City of College Station and will be considered
in two public hearings as follows:
Planning and Zoning Commission: 7:00 PM. Thursday, November 3, 1977
City Council: 7:00 PM. Thursday, November 10, 1977
Both hearings'will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall,
1101 South Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas.
The property in question is all of Lots 21 and 22 of the Meadowland Addition and
two adjacent, unplatted tracts located north of the end of Meadowland Street and
on the corner of the intersection of two unnamed streets located on Texas A&H
University property. The applicant is requesting rezoning from General Commercial
District C-l and Apartment Building District R-6 to General Commercial District
C-1. The application is in the name of Burtex Constructors, Inc., P.O. Box 4765,
Corpus Christi, Texas 78404. The applicant1s local representative is Jacob Beal
