Dear Sir:
This is a notification that an application for rezoning a parcel of land within
200 feet of a property in your name has been received by the City of College
Station and will be considered in two public hearings as follows:
Planning and Zoning Commission - 7:00 PM, Thursday, July 7, 1977
City Council - 7:00 PM, Thursday, July 14, 1977
Both hearings will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall
at 1101 South Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas.
The property in question is a 13.78 acre tract located south of Ponderosa Road
and west of Long1eaf Circle and being a portion of Southwood Terrace, Section I.
The app1ic,ation is to rezone this property from Single Family Residential Dis-
trictR-1 to Duplex Residential District R-2. The application is in the name
of Southwood Valley, Inc., 2108 Southwood Drive, College Station, Texas.
