SCOTT SURVEY, Abstract No. 50 in Brazos County, Texas, and being more particularly described by meets and bounds as follows: Beginning~t the SE corner of an 11.62 acre tract of land described in a deed from James Saxon and wife, Dora L. Saxon to Norris S. Burt dated February 4,1953 and recorded in Volume 158, page 147 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas; THENCE: S 450 Ea distance of 20 feet and corner; THENCE 5450 Wa distance of 391.4 feet and corner; THENCEN 450W a distance of 20 feet and corner at the most Southerly corner of a 62/100 acre tract described in a deed from John H. Stockton and wife Inez.M. Stockton to Norris S. Burt dated February 3,1953 and recorded in Volume 158, Page 139, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas; THENCE: N 450 a distance of 391.4 feet to the place of beginning, said tract constituting a strip of land 20 feet in width and extending across the width and adjacent to the SE boundary line of the premises described in a deed of trust executed by Robert W.Toler and wife, Barbara M. Tole to Aline Brogdon, Trustee dated April 1,1967 and recorded in Volume 127, Page 580 of the Deed of Trust records of Brazos County, Texas, to which instrument and its record reference is hereby made for all purposes.
