All those certain tracts or parcels of land lying and being
situated in Bra~osCou.nty, Texas, b:eing part of the JOSEPH
E. SCOTT SURVEY, Abstract NO. 50, and being more fully des-
cribed by metes and bounds as follows:
FIRST TRACT: BEGINNING a t the mos t northerly corner of the
five-acre tract ,conveyed by J~ H.Stockton and wife, toW. B.
Hill by deed da~ed December 1, 1952, and duly recorded in Volume
157, page 88, of the Brazos County D~ed Records; "
THENCE South 45 East a dis tance of approximately 1 ,01.~1-66/l0\0
feet to the most\easterly corner of the sa~d fi~e-acre tract;
THENCE South 45 West along the line of said five-acre tract a
distance of 57-6/10 feet to a stake for corner;
THENCE North 45 West a dis tance of approximately 1,041-66/100
feet to stake for corner set in the northwest boundary line of

to NorrisS. Burt, by deed dated February 3', 1953, and recorded
in Volume 158 page 149, Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.-
S'ECOND TRACT: Beginning at an iron pin for corner (said corner
being the west corner of a three acre tract of land conveyed to
James Saxon by J. H. Stockton by deed dated April 21, 1939;
and recorded in Volume 100, page 13, of the Deed Records of
Brazos County, Texas;

ner being located 20 feet North 45 West from the south corner of

to Norris S. Burt, by deed dated February 4, 1953, and recdrded
in Volume 158, page 147, Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas.
THIRD TRACT: BEGINNING at a stake set for the m~ . easterly
corner of the five-acres tract conveyed by us to W. B. H~ll by
d.eed dated December 1, 1952, and duly ]:'ecorded in Volume "157, page
88, of the Brazo~ County Deed Records;
THENCE South 45 East a distance of 469-14/100 feet to an iron pipe

being more particularly described by meets and bounds as follows:
Beginning~t the SE corner of an 11.62 acre tract of land described in
a deed from James Saxon and wife, Dora L. Saxon to Norris S. Burt
dated February 4,1953 and recorded in Volume 158, page 147 of the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas;
THENCE: S 450 Ea distance of 20 feet and corner;
THENCE 5450 Wa distance of 391.4 feet and corner;
THENCEN 450W a distance of 20 feet and corner at the most Southerly
corner of a 62/100 acre tract described in a deed from John H. Stockton
and wife Inez.M. Stockton to Norris S. Burt dated February 3,1953 and
recorded in Volume 158, Page 139, of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas;
THENCE: N 450 a distance of 391.4 feet to the place of beginning, said
tract constituting a strip of land 20 feet in width and extending across
the width and adjacent to the SE boundary line of the premises described
in a deed of trust executed by Robert W.Toler and wife, Barbara M. Tole
to Aline Brogdon, Trustee dated April 1,1967 and recorded in Volume
127, Page 580 of the Deed of Trust records of Brazos County, Texas, to
which instrument and its record reference is hereby made for all
purposes.
