The meeting will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall at 1101 South Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas. The :request is in the name of the First Baptist Church, 200 College Main, College Station, Texas. The applicant requests a Conditional Use Permit for the construction of a church on a 6.215 acre tract located on the south side of Southwest Parkway and approximately 300 feet west of the intersection of Southwest Parkway and Anders,on Street.
