Dear Sir:
This is a notification that an application for a Conditional Use Permit on a
parcel of land within 200 feet of a property in your name has been received
by the City of College Station and will be considered in a public hearing at
the 7:00 P.M. meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
March 17, 1977.
The meeting will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall
at 1101 South Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas.
The :request is in the name of the First Baptist Church, 200 College Main,
College Station, Texas. The applicant requests a Conditional Use Permit for
the construction of a church on a 6.215 acre tract located on the south side
of Southwest Parkway and approximately 300 feet west of the intersection of
Southwest Parkway and Anders,on Street.

The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing
on the question of granting a Conditional Use Permit to the First Baptist
Church, 200 College Main, College Station, Texas, for the construction of a
church on a 6.215 acre tract located on the north side of Southwest Parkway,
approximately 300 feet west of the intersection of Southwest Parkway and
Anderson Street.
Said hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City
Hall, 1101 South Texas Avenue, at the 7:00 P.M. meeting of the Planning and
Zoning Commission on Thursday, March 17, 1977.
