This rezoning will be considered in the fol- lowing public hearings: Planning and Zoning Commission: 7:00 PM Thursday, February 17, 1977 City Council: 7:00 PM Thursday, February 24, 1977 Both hearings will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall at 1101 Texas Avenue. The tract in question is approximately 30 acres out of the Morgan Rector League in College Station, Texas, being a portion of the Brentwood Sub- division and being a portion of the tract reffered to in Ordinance No. 1011 of the City of College Station, Texas. The tract is located on the east side of Texas Avenue and approximately 1000 feet northeast of the intersection of Texas Avenue and Southwest Parkway. The action is to re- zone from Duplex Residential District R-2 to Single Family Residential District R-1. The action is initiated by the Planning and Zoning Com- mission.
