Jones, In accordance with Section 136 of the Charter for the CityofColl'ege Station, Texas, June, 1980, this letter shall serve as timely notice of "\tJoo:ds'on Lumber Company of Cameron's intent to file suit for a vJrit of }1andamus, for a "damage claim, and/or damage to property" caused by the City of College Station, Texas, and Lynn Nemec, Larry Ringer, Bob P..unne1s, and Alvin Prause, individually. The specific areas of information requested inS~ctionl36 of the afore- mentioned charter is provided as follows: \rJHE~l : Thedawages commenced upon the date which the applicant filed the preliminary pI.at for approval back on July 14, 1977, again on November 6, 1980, and again on January 20, 1983' (the exact dates being, privy to the City of College Station, Texas), damages were realized at the City Council meetings for the City of College Station held on 9/21/77, 12/10/81 and more recently on 1/27/83, and such damages continue to accrue. vJHERE : At the College Station lv1unicipalBuilding, 2611 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas, and at the separate property described above.
