Thank 'you for your lett.er of September 30, 1976 on subject property.
~s indicated in our conv~rsation, basic contract te~s have been
reached for sale of this property. In accordance with this prelimin-
inary agre~ment, a portion of the land to be released at closing will
be dedicated for high line c~sement and a ~owei s\~station per your
request. Survey '''ork h2.s be-en partially completed for this closing
and the parcel for the City of College Station will relate to the
boundaries as requested. There are certain final negotiations yet
to be finished, such as final survey, platting, zoning, title problems,
contract finalization and closing yet to be completed, however, it is
anticipated same will be accomplished by mid NOVember, 1976. . ~
Additionally, zoning work is being handled through Mr. Ron Cruse as
he is a buyer/developer of the land and adviser to the Trust o-over-
all rnaster planning of said tract..
