CRAWFORD BUIDTETT LEAGUE, COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOSCOUl\TTY, TEXAS MORE P A-R. -
TICUL.ARLY DESCRIBED IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINA~NCE FROIyl SI~JGLE FAMILY RES-

THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITYCOUlfCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WIlliREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hallati 7: 00 P .}f.
on Thursday, September 23, 1976 on the question of rezoning certain areas
~Jithin the city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City COQncil has determLned the following:
To rezone or change the classification of the followiJlg tracts of land in
the Crawford Burnett League in College Station, Brazos County, Texas and
being more particularly described as follows:
FIRST TRACT:
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being 'situated in the
Cra"Wford Burnett League, Abstract No.7, Brazos Cormty, Texas, and being a
portion of a 58.30 acre tract conveyed. by Raymond Gorzycki to Arapaho, Ltd.
in a deed recorded in Volume 354, Page 416 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and. bounds
as. follows:.
BEGINNING in an iron rod at the Illost northerly corner of the said 58.30.
acre tract;
THENCE, S 430 481 50n E for a distance of 282.23 feet along the northeast
line of the said 58.30 acre tract to an iron rod for corner;
THENCE, s 450 41100B E for a distance of 1/+6.18 feet along the said north-
east line to a point;
THENCE, 3440 19'00" W for a distance of 200 feet to a point;
THENCE, in a southwesterly direction along the arc of a ~urve to the left,
having a radius of 430.0 feet, a central angle of 660 57' oon, an arc dis-
tance of 502.45 feet, and a chord mch bears S 100 50' 30ft W for a dist-
ance of 474.35 feet to a point;
THE~TCE, S 220 38tOO" E for a distance of 449.30 feet to a point;
THENCE, in a southv.resterly direction along the arc of a curve to the right,
having a radius of 480.66 feet,a central angle of 210 47' 00", an arc length

SECOND TRACT:
All that certain traot or parcelcf land lying and being situated in the
Cramord Burnett League, Abstract No. 7, Brazos County, Texas, and being a
portion of that 58.30 acre tract conveyed be Raymond Gorzycki to Arapaho,
Ltd.Ln a deed recorded in Volume 354, Page 416 of the Deed Records of
Brazos County, Texas and being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
