A tract of approximately 10 acres in the Morgan Rector League, College Station,
Texas located on the east side of <the East Bypass approximately 2500 feet south
-of the. intersection of the East Bypass arid Harvey Road .(Highway..30). Rezone
from Single Family Residential DistrictR-l to Agricultural OpenDistrictA~O.
The request is in thenameofMrs.V.J.Boriskie.
The said hearing shall be held in the Council Room of the City of College
station City Hall at the 7:00 P .M.meeting of the Planning and Zoning
Commission on Thursday, July 29, 1976
