Re: Texas Digital Sewer Line (Foxfire/ScOO,1a Road area)
Dear Mr. Letbetter:
This letter is to confirm our conversation regarding the above referenced sewer line. As shown on the
attached map, Texas Digital Systems will be constrocting a sewer line to serve their property. When their
plans were approved the sewer line was sized as an 8" line. This size was sufficient to serve their property
as evidenced in their engineering reports submitted. to the City. Since those plans were approved another
development in the Foxfire area has been proposed. This development (listed on the attached map as the
United Properties area) proposed to sewer their property toward the existing 15" sewer line in Foxfire
within the City park property,- instead of toward the sewer lines in the Emerald Forest Subdivision. The
CitY agreed with their engineering studies that showed this as the preferable route and the ultimate line
size at the rear of your property.
I have been in contact with Mr. Bill Scarmardo and he is currently working on a request to the City
Council for overs~ participation in that portion of the Texas Digital sewer line that is affected by this
inCfe8SC in size to. a 15" line. . Our hopes are to schedule this item for Council consideration on their
January 8, 1998 meeting.
If you have any further questions or I can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to call.
