The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission 'Will hold a public hearing
on the question of rezoning the following tract:All~ofLots1,2, &.3, Block D,
College Heights Subdivision at the corner of Macarthur Street and University
Drive, GollegeStation, Texas. Rezone from Duplex Residential District R-2 to
General Commercial DistrictC-1. The request.isin the name of the Tri-County
Teacher1s Credit Union.
The said hearing shall beheld in the Council Room of the City of College
Station City Hall at the 7:-00 P.M. meeting of the Planning and ZonLYotg
Commission on Monday,.. April 5, 1976

Dear Sir:
This is a notification that an application for rezoning a parcel of land
within 200 feet of a property in your n~e has been received by the City
of College Station and will be considered in two public hearings as fol-
lows:
Planning and Zoning Commission 7:00 P.M. Monday, April 5, 1976
City Council 7:00 P.M. Thursday, April 22, 1976
Both hearings will be held in the Council Room of the City of College,
Station City Hall at 1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas.
The application is in the name of the Tri-Coun~y Teacher's Credit Union,
5925 Highway Boulevard, Katy, Texas 77450. The tract in question is all
of Lots 1, 2, & 3 Block D, College Heights Subdivision, College Station,
Texas. The request is to rezone from Duplex Residential District R-2 to
General Commercial District 0-1.
