League in Brazos County, T(exas, being Cl part of that 30.03 acre tract
conveyed to William 'D. Fitch by deed recorded in Vblume323, Page 78 of
the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING in the northwest line of the said 30.03 acre tract, S 170 18'
19" W - 164.17 feet from the most northerly corner of the said 30.03
acre tract.
THENCE S 17018'.19" W - 731.89 feet along the northwest' line of the
said 30.03 acre tr~ct;
THENCE N 420 34ir 17" E - 624.76 feet through the said 30.03 acre tract;
THENCE N 400 39' 13" W - 314.58 feet through the said 30.03 acre tract
to the POINT OF BEGINNING arid containing 2.24 acres of land more or
less.
