Using this as a criteria, only I and II of the land uses listed
above can be a single drive. Land use V would require 4 driveways
to achieve an equivalent level of service for exiting vehicles.
You will notice that I have assumed a 5-1ane section on SH 30 as
proposed in my report last month on the impact from the Post Oak
Mall. We have received budget approval for traffic counters and
this should help us model the rapid growth and transportation needs
of the community.
