SAVE AND EXCEPT, However, Grantors reserve unto themselves, their heirs and assigns an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in and to all oil, gas and other minerals in, on, under, and that may be produced from the above described lands, together with all the incidental rights of ingress and egress for the purpose of find, saving, treating, storing and removing any and all such minerals. It is understood and agreed that 1/2 of the money rentals which may be paid to extend the term within which a well may be begun under the terms of said lease is to be paid to Grantee herein. In the event the lease above described is for any reason terminated, cancelled, or forfeited, Grantee shall own 1/2 interest in all bonuses paid, and royalties and ~entals provided fOT in future oil, gas and mineral leases covering said land; It is understood and agreed that, in such event Grantee, his heirs and assig~s shall have the executive right to execute such future lease.
