HomeMy WebLinkAboutMiscellaneous REASONS FOR PROTESTING REZONING 1. Increase in traffic in immedtate area 2. Increased influx of people at all hours which would disrupt neighborhood quiet 3. Increase in vandalism and pranks 4. Probable increase in taxation rates 5. Possible overload of public utility system (if separate . one is not .provided) 6. Removalof'land. which could be used for future residential recreational purposes 7. Possible greater chance forhazard~ such as fires 8. In later years, influx of transients would lead to neighborhood deterioration We, the property owners, in the neighborhood adjacent to the tract of land located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Tarrow Street vigorously protest any'rezoning which would change the s.aid property from a Single Family DistrictR-l. We strongly feel that changing this zoning would be detrimental the immediate neighborhood and all the surrounding area. .
