of the Deed Records of BrazoS County, Te)fas.
There iaalso included in this conveyance. any reversiona1T interest
that the gr.antor might have in and to that property adjoining the
above described and herein conveyed property previously given and
donated to Brazos County for a county road and should the said
property ever be returned to the previous donor by the ssid county,
auc:h property shall be owned by the grantee herein.
IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that this conveyance is for not less
than 66.69 acres of land, and in the event a survey on the ground by a
licensed Re~istered Surveyor should reveal less than 66.69 acres of land
then the sald Glynn A. winiams shall be entitled to a credit on his
above-described note in the 8l1\ountof $450.00 pe"t"acre for each acre of

This conveyance includes any and all minerals owned by the Grantor
and under said land.

any two acre tract from the vendor's lien herein ret pined for the pur-
pose of allowing the grantee to make improvements thereon, such two
acre tract to be surveyed at the expense of the grantee and released
upon his request.
It is further. understood and the grantor. covenants that she will

payment of the sum of $450.00 per acre in addition to the regular I
