Fitch by deed recorded in Volume 332, Page 426 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas; a part of that 30.03 acre tract conveyed to W.D. Fitch by deed recorded in Volume 323, Page 78 of the Deed Records of Brazos Coun.ty, Texas; a part of that 46. 6 acre tract conveyed to W.D. Fitch by deed recorded in Volume 335, Page 319 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and a part of that 52.05 acre tract conveyed to W.D. Fitch by deed recorded in Volume 336, Page 90 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the most northerly corner of the said 15.35 acre tract at the intersection of the present southeast line of the City of College Station, Texas, and the southwest right of way line of Texas Avenue.
