In the ROBERT STEPHENSON LEAGUE, and being all of
Tract No~ 5, a 3.073 acre tract of land described
in Volume X) page 452 of the Permanent ~1irlutes of
the District Court, Brazos County, Texas, and be-
ing more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING: at an iron rod set in the northeast
right-af-way line of State Highway 6 South, said.
iron rod also being the southwest corner of said
3.073 acre ~ract;
THENCE: N 450 IS' 00" E - 555.03 feet to a fence
corner for corner;
THENCE: S 430 39' 36" E - 210.69 feet to a fellce
corner for corner;
THENCE: S Q50 058 2581 W - 608.84 feet to a fence
corner in said Highway 6 line for cornerj
THENCE: N 290 31' Ii" W - 220.08 feet along said
Highway 6 line to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and con-
taining 2 II 825 acres. of land J more or less, accord-
ing to a survey made under- the supervision of
Donald D. Garrett. Registered Professional Engineer
No. 22790, in July, 1976.
This conveyance is subject to all residential restric-
tiOl1S and easements of record J if any.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, to-
gether with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto
in anywise belonging UtltO the said HERMAN KLEEREKOPER, his heirs I
and assigns forever, and I do hereby bind myself, my heirs>> ex-
