being situated in the Richard Carter League, Abstract No.8, College
Station, Brazos County, Texas, and being part of th~ 171.038 acres tract
conveyed to F. W. (Bert) Wheeler, Trustee, and described in the Deed
'recorded.inVolume 271, Page 128, of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found for corner, said iron rod being
located at or near the most southerly corner 'of the beforementioned 171.038
acres tract, said iron rod,.being located in a fence found marking the
northwest right-af-way line of Dominik Drive, said iron rod being located
N 440 21' 39" E a distance of 6'2.89 feet from an iron rod found marking
the northeast corner of Lot~12, Block 9, of the Carters Grove Addition,
First Installment, plat of said addition being recorded in Volume 227,
Page 597, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas;
THENCE N 440 21' .39" E along the beforementioned fence found
marking the northwest right-af-way line of Dominik Drive, same being a
southeast line of the beforementioned 171.038 acres tract, for a
distance of 963.36 feet to an iron rod set for corner, said iron rod being
located on a circular cul-de-sac at the end of Dominik Drive;
THENCE in a northeasterly direction along a curve having a radius
of 60.00 feet,for an arc distance of 125.66 feet, th~ chord bears
N 440 21' 39"E a distance of 103.92 feet to an iron rod set for corner;
THENCE N 440 21' 3911 E along the beforementioned fence found
marking the southeast line of the 171.038 acres tract for a distance of
159.64 feet to a concrete right-of-way marker for corn'e,r, said concrete
right-af-way marker being located in the southwest rig4t-of-way line
