this zone change necessary:
This tract is located on Highway 30 which is currently a busy
street, a residential use on such a street is not desirable.

The zone change isin accordance with the Comprehensive Plan; or if it
i snot, then why lS the Pl an incorrect?
The chanQe as requested is not in accordance with the compre-
hensive plan. The plan was done at a time when traffic was not
as dense , and also did not allow for personal service, retail
uses near hiQh,/median residential areas.
