TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on the
question of rezoning the following six tracts of land all being a p~rt of a 91.98
acre tract generally located between University Drive, the East Bypass, and Dominik
Drive as follows:
TRACT 1: 17..499 acres from Single Family District R-l to General Commercial District
C-l.
TRACT 2: 7.199 acres from Sing.Ie Family District R-l to Apartment District R-4.
TRACT 3: 13.955 acres from Single Family District R-l to Townhouse District R-3.
TRACT 4: 2.333 acres from Single Family District R-l to Adminstrative/Profes.sional
District A-P.
TRACT 5: 4.457 acres from Single Family District R-l to Townhouse District R-3.
TRACT 6: 4.982 acres from Single Family District R-l to Single Family District R-lA.
The said hearing will beheld in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall,
1101 South Texas Avenue at the 7:00 P.M. meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission
on Thursday, March 5, 1981.
The application for rezoning is in the name of Brazos1and Property, Inc.
A map showing the specific location of each of the above listed tracts can be seen
at the City Planner's Office in the City Hall.
