The College Station City Council will hold a public hearing on the question of
rezoning the following six (6) tracts all being a part of a 91.98 acre tract of
land generally located between University Drive, the East Bypass, and Dominik
Drive as follows:
TRACT A: 15.729 acres from Single Family Distric.t<'.R~,l:)to"-Genral Commercial::,-
District- C-l.
TRACT B: 10.260 acres from Si:t1g1e Family
District R-5 (Medium Density).
TRACT C: 6.871 acres from Single Family
TRACTD: 5.622 a~res from Single Family
District A-P.
District R-l to Apartment Building
District R-l to Duplex District R-2.
District R-l to Adminsitrative/Professional
TRACT E: 5.047 acres from Single Family District R-1. to Townhouse District R-3.
TRACT F: 5.108 acres from Single Family District R-l to Single Family District R-lA.
The said hearing will beheld in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall,
1101 South Texas Avenue at the 7:00 P.M. meeting of the City Council on Thursday,
26, 1981.
The application for rezoning these tracts is in the name of Brazosland Realty, Inc.
3610 E. 29th Street, Bryan, Texas.
A map showing the specific location of each of the tracts .listed above can be viewed
at the City Planner's office in the City Hall.
