in the Crawford Burnett League; Abstract 7, Brazos County, Texas ~nd being a
portion of a 19.83 acre tract in Woodway Village, Phase One, an addition to the
City of College Station, Texas, plat of said addition being recoxded in Volume
422, Page 867 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, said ~.20 acre tract
being more particularly.described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the north corner of hte aforementioned 19.83 acre tract, said '
point also lying on the northwest right-of-way line of Holleman Drive;
THENCE 8440 19' 00" W along the said Northwest right-af-way line of Holleman
Drive for a distance of~40.00 feet to tq.~ POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE continuing S 44019' 00" W along the northwest right-of-way line of Holleman
Drive for a distance of 160.00 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left;
