AN ORPINANCE' REZONING ALL OF THE SUTTON PLACE ADDITION., A SUBDIVISION TO THE
CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS AS RECORDED BY PLAT FILED IN VOLUME 4IDl PAGE
402 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESID-
ENTIAL DISTRICT R-ITO GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C-l. .
BE IT 'ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00
P.M. 'on Thursday, August 23, 1979 on the quesiton of rezoning certain areas
within the city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the fol~owing:'
To rezone or change the classification of all of the Sutton Place Addition,'
a subdivision to the City of College Station, Texas as recorded by plat
recorded in Volume 401, page 402 of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas, from Single Family Residential District R-l to General Commercial
District C-l.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 13th day of Sept., 1979.
