The s~id hearing will be held in the Council- Room of the College Station City Hall,
1101 South Texas Avenue at the 7:00 P.~-1. meeting of the City Council on Thursday,
July 12 , .1979.

TO WHOM iT MAY CONCERN:
This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received an application
requesting rezoning ofa piece of property located within 200 feet of a tract of
land owned by you. This request will be considered in two public hearings to be
held as follows:
Planning and Zoning Commission: 7:00 P.M., Thursday, June 21, 1979
City Council: 7:00 P.M., Thursday, July 12,1979
Both of these hearings will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City
Hall, 1101 South Texas Avenue. The d"ate of the City Council public hearing may be
changed because of action taken by the Planning and Zoning Commission. If the date
of the City Council meeting is changed, you will be notified by mail. You are in-
vited to attend the hearings and express your opinion.
The details of the application are as follows:
Location:, The property in question is a 6.99 acre tract and a 6.20 acre tract also
being known as Parkway Plaza Phase Eight and generally located on the north side
of Brentwood Drive approximately 500 feet west of Texas Avenue.

trict. The applicant requests that the property be rezoned toR-5, Apartment Build-
ing District.
Applicant: The application is in the name of Spearman, Sears & Murphy, Inc., 3600
