THE STATE OF TEXAS
That College Station Land Company, a Texas general partner-
ship, composed of Independent1sCollegeStationj Inc., Peter K. .
Gallaher and 1\Tilliam }\1. J\'loore, of t'}1e County of Brazos and State
of Texas for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/IOO
(SlO.OO) Dollars and other valuable consideration to the under-
signed paid by Grantee herein named, the receipt of which 1S
hereby acknowledged, have GRANTED, SOLD and CO:NVEYED, and by these
presents do GRANT, SELL and CONvEY unto the City of College
Station, Texas, a municipal corporation in Brazos County, Texas,
duly incorporated under the general laws of the State of Texas,
of the County of Brazos and State of Texas, all of the following
described real property in Brazos County, Texas, to-wit:
That certain 4.00 acre tract of land out
of the Morgan Rector League in College
Station, Brazos County, Texas, more, parti-
cularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together
with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto
in an)Twise belonging, unto the said Grantee, its successors
and assigns -forever; and it does hereb)T bind itself, its
successors and assigns to1\TARRANT AND FORE\TER DEFEND all and
singular the said premises unto the said Grantee, its successors
and assigns, against every person whomsoever laidully claiming
or to cla.im the same or an)' part thereof, by., through or under it,
but not otherwise.
This conveyance 1S made expressly subject to any encroach-
ments by public roads onfueProperty or any power station
facilities and power lines located on the Property.
