Staff recorrmends approval of this plat with the following conditions:'°' (1) Construction of Appomattox Drive must be such that emergency services can reach this phase (100 yr. Flood Plain Structures & Street) unless an alternate access is developed to the subdivision from the Bypass. (2) Easements for utility services will be required. Coordinate width and locations with all individual utility departments. (A minimum of a 10 ft. easement parallel to the street R.O.W. will be required). (3) There exists a possibil lty of serving electrical service to this subdivision from the Gulf States Utility easement, but a route for loop-service must be established and easements will be required. Coordinate with the El ectrical Department. *Any changes to an approved plat must be cleared through the Office of the Director of Planning.
