On this date, staff reviewe~ the ·proposed convenience store ~ determining
that the ·required number of parking spaces as determined by the proposed
square fo.otage· of the two story buil'ding would have to be increased, thus
necess?tatlng tha·t this plan get reviewed by the Planning and Zoning
Commission.
··Staff determined that th·is· project. wi 11 required at least 20 parking
spaces; 16 ·required as determined by·square ·footage of ·building, plus
