The P.R.C. met on this date to review the above mentioned project, and
has approved this project as this renovation/expansion of an existing
business ~111 not adversely Impact the area. Nb additional parking or
landscaping were required.
The following comments were made, which both the applicant, the owner
and the governing City departments should be aware of:
1. This business (when It becomes one business and is re-wired as
were Indicated are the plans) will have one electric service (meter)
as opposed to the multiple services existing. Furnish electric
load data requirements to Ray Havens In the Electric Department.
2. P.R.C. member Dan MacGllvray expressed concern regarding the number
of proposed fire exfts from this building, and advised that the
applicant make additional visits to the Building Departments and Fire
Departments regarding code requirements. He then cautioned those
departments to check Into t hose requirement s very carefully.

Dear J ohnny,
Please find enclosed 15 prints of the Dock/Driveway Improve-
ments for the Aggieland Printing Building, Holleman Drive, College
Station. I have also enclosed 2 prints of the Final Plat for the
Anderson Ridge Sub:livision to aid your contractor in property line
determination. 'lllese prints along with the list of contraqtors
I've already furnished, should provide sufficient information for
a canpetitively bid job.
I have been contact with Mr. Phil San Angelo with the City of
College Station Building Department and he says a building permit
is not necessary although he suggested that we touch base with
Engineering and Planning. Having done so, the following o:mnents
were made:
1) Any landscape plan material must be relocated or replaced
if it was used for points on the original site plan.
2) Parking could be affected. 'lllis has been addressed via
a note on the plan.
They also suggested that we send them a copy to avoid a problem
down the line. I've already mentioned this to your dad and he has
given his approval to do so. I will send them a copy ASAP.

Dock/Driveway Improvements
Dear Al ,
Enclosed please find the print of the above-captioned project
that has been perused by your office. There are several items to
be addressed:
l) There is a 6" raised curb around all of the driveway
improvements except where we are sfiteet discharging surface
run-off. These curb ommissions are not an over-site and
are designed to reduce erosion and scour.
2) Mr. Johnny Stimson met with Mr. Robert Epps approximately
four to six weeks ago concerning the need for dumpsters.
Mr. Epps has given Mr. Stimson a limit of 5 bags per
pick-up each day totalling approximately 25 bags a week.
Currently this site produces only three to four bags
twice a week or approximately 8 bags per week. Therefore,
hand pick-up is still feasible and a dumpster is not
needed.
