FROM: Lowell Denton RE: Mission Car Approval of DATE: February Project, Conditional Cut and Project Access It is my understanding t at an enforceable agreement providing for the relocat'on of a curb cut and entrance to the referenced project is desired. If the engineering departm nt has approved or will approve the requested location, and if the commission is satisfied with the tempo ary location, I am satisfied that we can prepare an enforceable agreement requiring the relocation of the access point at the time of development of adjacent property. I suggest that the commission instruct the staff as to its particular expectations, and have the planning staff refer those suggestions to me for preparation of the agreement behalf of the city.
