The total width of paved area must be 43 feet from curb to curb. Parking spaces can be 18 ft. with a 2 foot overhang. An additional 1 foot must be provided. (2) The location of the drive entrance from Woodcreek Drive must be considered a temporary entrance, to be moved when the South Braes- wood street extension Is developed. This agreement must be covered by a written development agreement between the developer and the City. Request for this document will be forwarded to the City Legal Department.
