FIRST 'I'R]\CT:
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated
in the Richard Carter League in College Station, Brazos County,
Texas, being a part of those tracts conveyed to Louis Mais by John
Franek, et ux, by deeds recorded in Volume 95, page 446, Volume 95,
page 447, Volume 17_4, page 444 of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas, and being ~ore .particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the intersection of the north-
east right-of-way line of State Highway No. 6 and the southeast
right-of-way line of F.M. Roa d No. 60;
THENCE N 41 58 E -179.1 feet along the southeast right-of-way line
of .FM 60 to an iron rod set at the most northerly corner of this tract;
THENCE S 46 42 E -74.2 feet to an iron rod set at the most easterly
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 44 12 W -82.7 feet to an iron rod found at the most easterly
corner of the Sousares tract;
THENCE N 43 50 W -57 .7 feet along the Sousares northeast line to an
iron rod found at the most northerly corner of the Sous ares tract;
THENCE S 44 30 W -99.8 feet along the Sousares northwest line to a
2" iron pipe found in the northeast right-of-way line of State Highway
No. 6 i
THENCE N 43 53 W -9.0 feet along the northeast line of State Highway
No. 6 to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 6,997 square fee t of
