Schick, Trustee 8.74 acres out of a 29.62 acre tract (34-315) A Presubmission Conference was held on this date to review the above mentioned plat, and staff recommends approval with the following conditions:,., (1) A utility easement totalling 20 feet in width is required from Southwest Parkway to Southland subdivision; location to be deter- mined at time location of utility lines is determined. (2) A 10 foot utility easement is required along the 7.28 acre tract adjacent to Southland subdivision, (3) A drainage easement (width to be determined later) is required along the creek. (4) Continue the existing 10 foot utility easement along Southwest Parkway to Wel I born Road. *Any changes to an approve plat must be approved by the Office of the Direc tor of Planning.
