MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. Fil Ing fee: $10.00 per plat plus $0.25 per lot; or $2.00 per acre for multiple
dwell Ing areas, commercial, and/or Industrial districts and other
areas not subdivided Into lots. (Payable at Tax Office; receipt
to accompany application .
2. Application completed In full.
3. Ten (10) copies of Plat plus sepia of same drawn to a scale of not less than
100 feet per inch. The words "PRELIMINARY PLAT -NOT FOR RECORD" shall appear
on the plat in letters 1/2" high. Date of plat and dates of any revisions shall
legibly appear on plat.
DEADLINE: Received i n Planning Department 20 days prior to Planning and Zoning
Commission {P&Z) meeting. Regular meetings held first and th i rd
Thursdays of each month.

8.74 acres out of a 29.62 acre tract (34-315)
A Presubmission Conference was held on this date to review the above
mentioned plat, and staff recommends approval with the following
conditions:,.,
(1) A utility easement totalling 20 feet in width is required from
Southwest Parkway to Southland subdivision; location to be deter-
mined at time location of utility lines is determined.
(2) A 10 foot utility easement is required along the 7.28 acre tract
adjacent to Southland subdivision,
(3) A drainage easement (width to be determined later) is required
along the creek.
(4) Continue the existing 10 foot utility easement along Southwest
Parkway to Wel I born Road.
*Any changes to an approve plat must be approved by the Office of the
Direc tor of Planning.
SUBMIT 10 COPIES AND A FILM POSITIVE THEREOF TO THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT
PRIOR TO 5 P.M. on NOVEMBER 30th TO BE INCLUDED ON P&Z AGENDA December 6th.
