A presubmlsslon conference review was held on this date regarding the above
menttoned plat. When the require~ent that the developer must make a
land dedication for the extension of Holleman Street was stated, the
applicant stated emphatically that the platting process of this land
would be put on hold for the ·time being.
Staff continued · to revfew ·the plat, offering the following requirements
for any future platting of this land,
(1) Include and show on the plat an access easement which will provide
clrculat.lon through the land, and will also serve ·all lots· in any
phase to be platted. Easement must accommodate large, emergency
vehicles.
(2) Easements far electric service must be coordinated to serve this
area, service preferably to come from Dartmouth·. Work with the
Electrlc~l Department prior to platting regarding location, number
and widths -of easerrn!nts necessary for service.
