MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
I . Fil Ing fee: $10.00 per plat plus $0.25 per lot; or $2.00 per acre for multiple
dwelling areas, commercial, and/or Industrial districts and other
areas not subdivided Into lots. (Payable at Tax Office; receipt
to accompany application.
2. Appl I cation completed In full.
3. Ten (10) copies of Plat plus sepia of same drawn to a scale of not less than
100 feet per inch. The words "PRELIM_INARY PLAT -NOT FOR RECORD" shall appear
on the plat in letters 1/2" high. Date of plat and dates of any rev isions shall
legibly appear on plat.
DEADLINE: Received in Planning Department 20 days prior to Planning and Zoning
Commission (P&Z) meeting. Regular meetings held first and third
Thursdays of each month.

A Presubmisslon Conference was held on this date to review the above mentioned
plat and staff recorrrnends approval with the following conditions:*
1. Joint private access and utility easements are shown. Please separate
them, rnaking them "private access easements", with 11 15 ft. utility ease-
ments" on each side.
2. Additional utility easements. may be required in order to loop electrical
service to projects on this land.
3. A 15 ft. utility easement is required along University Drive.
4. A drainage easement will be required along the creek to allow City mainte-
nance; width of easement to be determined at a later date as projects are
planned.
*Any changes to an approved plat must be cleared through the Office of the
Director of Planning.
SUBMIT 10 COPIES OF REVISED PLAT AND A REPRODUCEABLE COPY TO THE PLANNING
DEPARTMENT BY 5:00 P.M. ON OCTOBER 12th IN ORDER TO BE INCLUDED ON P&Z AGENDA
