Bonds To: From: Date: July 16, 1996 Attached is the proposed schedule for construction of sidewalks over the next 5 years under the 1995 G.O. Bond Program. Most of the projects on the list are taken from the Sidewalk Master Plan we are currently working under. A few of the listed projects are not on the Master Plan and were developed from observations of heavy pedestrian traffic. The list is intended to give citizens an idea of when to expect construction of sidewalks in their area. The schedule can obviously be modified as necessary to accommodate changing needs in the community. I would like to begin bidding the projects listed on the first page as soon as possible. Please give me any comments or feedback you have regarding the projects.
