The project sheets indicate that each sheet is to be upgraded to a two-lane major collector. According to the Streets design manual there are two cross sections for a major collector and I want to make sure I understand which cross sections is desired for each project. Do we want to have the cross section with a turn lane or no turn lane and two travel lanes in each direction? Also, do we want sidewalks on both sides of the street or just one side in each project? Maybe a 10' wide multi use path on the north side of Luther? Maybe some of these can be answered by the engineer, but I thought I would get your feedback first. Thanks .
