The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information by any Monday at 10:00 a.m. for further staff review: One (1) revised set of elevation drawings Please note that this application will expire in 90 days from the date of this memo, if the applicant has not provided written response comments and revised documents to the Administrator that seek to address the staff review comments contained herein. If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised elevations, please attach a letter explaining the details. Per the NRA Building Review Minimum Requirements, please provide the following information in the title block: • Name, address, location and legal description of the site; • Name, address, and telephone number of the developer and owner. 2. Please provide a small site map on the first sheet for a graphic representation of the proposed building to show orientation within the site and to the right-of-way. 3. Please provide a label on the East Elevation that it is facing the Crescent Pointe Parkway right-of-way. 4. Please provide the building's square footage on the plan.
