I left a voicemail at your office a little earlier. There are a couple minor changes that need to be corrected on the plat:
1) Erika's comment regarding the easement labeling on Lot 3, Block 3 still needs to be corrected:
a. On the plat figure, the 20' Wide PR.A.E. & P.U.E should have its volume and page listed like the other
existing easements. The 20' PR.A.E should also be labeled in Inset "A".
b. On the plat figure, there's a label for a proposed 30' Wide P.U.E. but the proposed PUE is smaller and
variable width. This is also the case on Inset "A", which shows a 30-foot PUE but it is smaller. To correct
this change both "30' Wide" labels to be "variable width." In Inset "A", still retain the "30.0"' dimensions
that shows an existing variable width PUE and the proposed PUE equal 30 feet.
2) The label on Lot 411 on Sheet 1 states "See Sheet 3 for Replat" but the replat figure is on Sheet 2 instead so the
page number needs corrected.
I'll be out of the office this afternoon and through next Wednesday but please have these corrections submitted early
next week so it can stay on the August 20`h agenda as packets are finalized at the end of next week.

Good afternoon. I saw that revisions have been submitted but have not been able to look at them yet and won't be able
to do so until next week. As for P&Z, if everything is good then it should be able to go to the August 201h P&Z meeting.
Filing the plat would need to occur after the plat is approved by P&Z so part of the timing of that will depend on when
the signed mylar is received. I'll get back to on what else, if anything, is needed to be scheduled for P&Z.
