I know that this is more information than what's necessary, but we might need it for future reference
went through the various county's tax records and found the following:
Montgomery County:
Woodland's Pappadeaux (181651-45 S) - 13,858 square feet
Harris County:
290 at Hollister Pappadeaux (13080 Northwest Fwy) - 12,207 square feet Memorial City Pappadeaux
(10499 1-10) - 13,487 square feet Galleria Pappadeaux (6015 Westheimer) - 12,676 square feet
Richmond at Kirby (2410 Richmond Ave) - 14,018 square feet
Fort Bend County:
Stafford Pappadeaux (12711 Hwy 59 S) - 10,855 square feet
Based on our ordinance, the max restaurant size for properties zoned Suburban Commercial is 8,000
square feet if it fronts a freeway/expressway or four/six-lane major arterial, which in this case it does.
Comparing that permitted size to what exists in the chain, it might be a tough sell for them to want to
locate on this property.
