As such the property will need to be incorporated into the zoning, preliminary plan and final plat. 3) With the University Summit project having expired, the rezoning would be the first step. This would need to include the property to the north (for detention purposes) and show a revised concept plan for the street layout/detention etc. Please keep in mind that a waiver to block length for the plat will probably be necessary due to the revised street layout.
