Assistant Director, Planning & Development Services
City of College Station
1101 Texas Avenue
College Station, TX 77842
Dear Ms. Hitchcock,
In response to your memorandum of October 4, 2013 this letter addresses the first item for the
Site Plan Application — AT&T Mobility — HX3573 Brentwood, requesting "A letter addressed to
the City declaring an intent and willingness to construct a proposed tower that would allow additional
service providers to locate on the tower".
Based on the meeting between Larry Dussack, Lewis Martin (Crafton Communications), Kelli
Schlicher (College Station), and Matt Robinson (College Station), since the tower is a "stealth"
tower it is not designed for multiple carriers and as such we will not be required to meet this
requirement. This was discussed at the PAC meeting on 8/7/2013 and on a conference call
9/12/2013, the City of College Station determined that using a "stealth" pole exempted us from
this requirement.
Please waive this item from the list of requirements for Site Plan Application — AT&T Mobility
— HX3573 Brentwood.
Respectfully,
Dave Petrakovitz

Dear Ms. Hitchcock,
In response to your memorandum of October 4, 2013 this letter addresses the first items 2.c for
the Site Plan Application — AT&T Mobility — HX3573 Brentwood, requesting "A description of
the design plan proposed by the applicant to the City ...".
Please see the attached Radio Frequency which calls out the area of weak coverage which this
site is designed to fill in. While AT&T design engineers would have liked a 75'- 100' high
tower AT&T was willing to compromise with a 35' high stealth site in order to better meet the
City of College Station design standards.
Respectfully,
Dave Petrakovitz
