SUBJECT: Carter Lake Lot 1 r, Bilk 1 (FP -Minor) - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above -mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed.
One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised final plat
Please note that this application will expire in 90 days from the date of this memo, if the
applicant has not provided written response comments and revised documents to the
Administrator that seek to address the staff review comments contained herein.

STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 1
Project: Carter Lake Lot 1r, Blk 1 (Fp-Minor) (13-00900093)
PLANNING
1. Revise the scale in the title block. The scale is 1 "=40'
2. Revise note #4. The zoning is A-O Agricultural Open.
3. Add ownership information of the adjacent lot (Lot 4, Block 1).
4. Add volume and page # for the 10' drainage easement.
5. Remove setback lines.
6. A mylar and digital copy of the final plat will be needed once staff has had a chance to
review the resubmittal.
7. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City
of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your
plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware of will
constitute a completely new review.
8. Please note that you may be required to submit paid tax certificates if they are not current
prior to the filing of your plat.

1. Please provide a 20' public utility easement at the rear of the property.
2. Carter Lake Drive is a private drive owned by the Carter Lake Home Owner's Association.
Please revise the label to show this as common area and not ROW. Our records do not
indicate that there are access or utility easements on this area.
