The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Revise the scale in the title block. The scale is 1 "=40' 2. Revise note #4. The zoning is A-O Agricultural Open. 3. Add ownership information of the adjacent lot (Lot 4, Block 1). 4. Add volume and page # for the 10' drainage easement. 5. Remove setback lines. 6. A mylar and digital copy of the final plat will be needed once staff has had a chance to review the resubmittal. 7. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware of will constitute a completely new review. 8.
