Mr. Langrish,
I have received your email and will note at the Council meeting that you are in opposition to the proposed PDD as
presented. When you arrive at the Council meeting you will be able to sign up to speak. There should be a sign in sheet
near the front of council chambers for you to make this request. If you are unable to find it, please find a city employee
and they will direct you where to sign up.
Please let me know if there is anything else you need.
Sincerely,
Teresa

I appreciate the time you took to share copies of the concept plan. In reviewing the proposal we can see that it
lacks several features to provide an adequate buffer zone with the Castlegate Subdivision.
I would appreciate you scheduling time for me to speak at the Thursday City Council meeting please.
I have attached a letter covering our concerns and including suggestions on a compromise, should the
Council favor a PDD rezoning designation.
I will bring a paper copy of my letter to the meeting with identification of support from my immediate
neighbors, with names, addresses and signatures. I can fairly state that I received no hesitation for
approval and signature. This step should suffice to avoid suspicion of me being alone in this request. If

RTC TIA 6-25-13.doc
Good morning Teresa! I've attached our response to comments to give you a better idea of where we are. We
would like to move forward with notification for the July 18th meeting - if something changes and we have to
pull the application, we'll pay for the notification fee. We're making changes to the concept plan now and will
have that to you today. The biggest change is taking our largest SC tract and modifying it to Townhomes. As
discussed, please help with the TIA comments. We're anxious to move forward and get before the P&Z and
Council.
Please review and let me know your thoughts. Thanks again for all of your help!
