During the design of the site plan for this project it became necessary to install a fire hydrant on the 8" line that runs along the south border of the property. This analysis shows how the existing and proposed water lines perform during a fire flow event. According to Exhibit C, all pipes meet the velocity and pressure requirements of the City of College Station. Therefore we determine that the addition of the proposed fire hydrant will have no adverse impacts on the water infrastructure in the area.
