Re: Sanitary Sewer Availability— Castlegate II and Greek Meadows
Mr. Metcalf and Mc La>a
This letter is In mama to your request for verification of sardtary sewer availability for
the buiMnut subject subdivisions. Of course, both subdivisions are located within the
City of College Station's sanitary sewer CON, and initial phases are already served with
City sanitary sewer.
City staff has modified and combined the downstream sewer trunk lines are adequate
for the bullcuout of the subject subdivisions in accordance with the approved Preliminary
Plats densities.
Please note that the city modeling Indudes speclgc peaking factors accounting for larger
service areas and measured diurnal patterns, arc. However, Pees developments should
continue to utilize the peaking factors of 4 for the subdlvlslon line sizing.
As previously dlacussed, the projected build -out demands of Creek Meadows will require
further sanitary sewer Improvements. In general, the sanitary sewer Improvements
include the design and construction of additional capacity to the avoiding Creek Meadows
LM Station. These respective improvements include, but are not limited to, additional
forced main capacity, addtiional pumping capacity, additional storage capacity, and
potaMlal lift staden controllappurtenance modifications.
Please feel free to conbct me ff you need any additional information
Sincerely,
"Alan Gibbs, .E., C.F.M.
