Box 9960 College Station, TX 77842 AgibbsPcstx.Rov VIA ELECTRONIC MAIL Re: Oversize Participation — Creek Meadows Mr. Alan Gibbs, P.E., CFM: Creek Meadows, LP is in the process of improving the lift station system that services this development. The proposed Construction Drawings, entitled "Creek Mead ows/Castlegate 2 — Forcemain & Gravity Sewer Improvements", will accommodate a new discharge point for the lift station so that the ultimate required pumping capacity can be achieved (currently 805 gpm). It is our understanding that the City of College Station would like to participate with these improvements via Oversized Participation so that future sanitary sewer flows can be accommodated that would be generated from the Wellborn annexed areas. We would recommend that the City participation be at a ratio of gpm. For example, if the anticipated flow from the Wellborn area is 195 gpm then the City's participate would be at 19.5% (195 gpm / Total of 1000 gpm). Since the above referenced Construction Drawings do not adequately improve the lift station system to its ultimate pumping capacity (i.e. additional wet well storage, new pumps & controls, etc...) then City OP would be anticipated for future upgrades according to the recommend ratio method as those improvements are required/performed. If this is acceptable please have CoCS PUD provide us with the desired contributing total GPM demand so that proper modeling and cost estimating can be performed. Also, please provided us with any additional information, procedures, or such that we -will need to perform or provided to help with the approval of this OP request. Sincerely, Creek Meadows Partners, LP, acting by and through its authorized agent, Oldham Goodwin Development, LLC Cc: Randy Lowry, Rabon Metcalf, Chris Rhodes
