CONDITIONS:
1, No work beyond limits covered in permit is authorized
2. The permit may be revoked if any false statements are made M1erein. If revoked, all work must cease until permit is issued
3. The permit will expire if no significant work is progressing within 24 months of issuance.
4. Other permits may have been required to fWlll local, state and federal requirements. Constructed will be in
compliance with all necessary Stale and Feel Permits.

8. All trees required to be protected as pan of the landscape plan must be completely barricaded! In accordance win the
Landscaping and Tree Protection Section of the City's Unified Development Ordinance, prior W any operations of this

required to remain is strictly prohibited. The disposal of any waste material such as, but not limited to, paint, ail,

requested and approved will be allowed.

Contractor's responsibility to implement measures that will meet City, State, and Federal requirements.
