STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 1
RV Station — NRA Review
13-00900061
PLANNING
1. Painted steel panel siding is only permitted on the rear of building (south fagade). The north,
west and east facades will need to be revised to remove the painted steel panel siding and
utilize approved materials.
2. Please call out the architectural elements that are being utilized on each fagade. Two (2)
different elements are required for every 45' section (north fagade) and 60' section (south,
west and east fagades). It appears that only the north fagade is meeting this requirement.
The list of approved architectural elements can be found in UDO Section 7.10.13.2.
3. Add a note that all signs are permitted separately.
4. Please provide a sample of the synthetic stone. In order to meet the minimum masonry
requirements, brick, stone, marble, granite, tile or any concrete product that has an
integrated color and is textured or patterned to simulate brick, stone, marble, or granite must
be utilized.
