The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
September 5, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the request. The City
Council will also hold a public hearing to consider the request and the
Commission's recommendation on Monday, October 7, 2013, at 7:00 p.m.
The public hearing will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers located at
1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas.
All owners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the
subject property have received notification of this request.
